Overview
Refurbishing an occupied headquarters is as much a logistics challenge as a construction one. We phased the works by floor, sequencing structural, M&E and finishing trades so staff could keep working while each storey was upgraded around them.
The result is a modernised, fully compliant annex with refreshed services and interiors across all five floors, delivered without a single day of operational shutdown.
