The brief
Refurbishing an occupied headquarters is as much a logistics job as a construction one. We phased the works by floor, sequencing structural, M&E and finishing trades so staff could keep working while each storey was upgraded around them.
What we did
Structural, M&E and interior upgrades across all five floors, sequenced floor by floor.
How we ran it
A phased programme agreed with the client so every floor stayed usable around the works.
