Before you ask.
Do you maintain buildings you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a condition survey so we know exactly what we’re taking on, then set the plan around it.
Can we start with repairs only?
Yes. Many clients start with reactive repairs and move to a planned schedule once they see how the building is performing.
How do we report a fault?
Call or email the team. We log the fault, agree the response with you and confirm when it is closed out.
Do you work outside Accra?
Yes. Tell us where the building is and we will confirm how we would cover it.
